CONSIGNMENT PROCEDURE
Let Fashion Forward sell your high end "gently worn" designer clothing, and
turn it into money for you! Your first consignment is done by appointment only,
and we ask for a minimum of ten items. Our proprietor will go through each
piece with you to discuss the price. We will also explain why we want to keep
certain items, and why we don’t want to keep others. This would also be an
excellent time for you to ask any questions you might have. You then approve
the prices, and we will get your items on the floor within a week. We are
here to make this as easy as possible for you. We have had steady success in
selling your items at the optimum price for you and for us! Each piece will
stay on the floor for approximately three months. At which time, you can opt
to either 1) Donate them to charity, or 2) Make an appointment to pick them up.

(Please Note: If requested, we can arrange to pick-up large quantities of
merchandise. Consignments are also accepted via regular mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Items that are not selected for Fashion Forward will be sent back to consignor,
and the expense will be deducted from consignor’s check.)

PRICING
You will receive 50% of the final selling price of each piece. After your items
have been on the floor for one month, we will then mark down the price by 20%.
After two months, the price is marked down for the original price by 40%. Our
last and final mark down to each piece will be a 60% reduction. So you see,
our exclusive discount policy will keep customers coming back time after time!
This will greatly raise the chance of your item being sold. The markdown system
is clear and distinctly designated on each item’s price tag. As the consignor,
you will pocket 50% of the price at which we sell your item. For example, if
you consign a dress we priced at $100, and it sells within the first month,
you will receive $50. However, if it sells two months after it arrives at $60,
then you will receive half of that which is $30. For other terms and conditions,
please refer to our terms. There is an end-of-season sale twice a year in which
selected merchandise is reduced an additional amount from the lowest marked price.
